Facilis Stele Hamata

Here is a sneak peek of a project I am working on. A hamata based off the Facilis Stele, 6mm ID Roman Pattern removable and attachable doubler.

 

Fulham Gladius

Some pics of my" I made it home from Iraq "gladius project. The blade was made by Mark Morrow, everything else is Matt Lukes. It's a Fulham Blade with the scabbard based of pieces found in Fulham England.

Here's the inscription on the hilt guard plate.

Here's a closeup of the scabbard so you can see the detail. Next to it lies a picture of the actual Fulham find.

 

Subarmalis

The subarmalis will have a attachable double row of ptreuges so that it can be worn with any of the four major types of know Roman Armor.
